Hello to you Chilihead!
For this first recipe, I suggest you to make a quick Wrap and to use an incredible sauce, the Cheeba Gold.

Dead Cheeba Wrap

Ingredients

Yields1 Serving
 1 chicken breast
 wrap
 drizzle of olive oil
 fresh onion in a bunch
 fresh cheese
 tomato
 carrot
 bell pepper
 salad
 salt and pepper
 fresh coriander
 fresh thai basil
 1 cold beers

Recipe

1

The first step, before anything else, is of course to marinate the chicken: take a bowl, place the chicken breasts that you have previously cut in thinly or sliced (it’s up to you), personal I preferred to slice.

2

Add a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper to your chicken and, above all, add a lot of Cheeba Gold for a maximum of taste! This sauce already contains a lot of flavors well present at the tasting (peach, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, curry, salt, black pepper, etc.) so nothing needs to be added.

3

Let cool for an hour while stirring occasionally.

4

Meanwhile, prepare the filling of your Wrap: cut the pepper, grate the carrot, cut the salad, tomato, onion, chopped cilantro, Thai basil and stock everything. For the Wrap, I chose a tortilla "Whole Wheat" from Pancho Villa at the Migros (it is cereal, it perfectly match with chicken and sauce).

5

Final preparation: preheat the oven to 180 ° and place the wrap in.

6

In the meantime, cook softly the chicken (with the marinade) without adding any oil, just to make it soft. Take the wrap out of the oven, place a thin layer of fresh cheese on a good half of the wrap, add the salad, the chicken and all the other ingredients.

7

Put a thin line of Cheeba Gold on top and close the wrap well before cutting it in half and eating it.

Yes, I know what you think about Chillhead, in the ingredients there were 2 beers. But hey ! that's to drink with the tasting of course!
