This is the new sauce from The Chilli Alchemist, Flame replaces the former “The Everlasting Flame”.
The Everlasting Flame was made with Habanero and 6.4m SHU extract.  This new Flame hot sauce recipe is now made with Ghost Pepper puree and cayenne pepper. Always carrot and lemon to allow this sauce to blend with subtle recipes and the Ghost to give the kick and power needed to calm down seasoned chili heads.
Once the fire is out in your mouth, a fruity note will remain pleasantly perceptible.
A perfect balance between the fruity taste and the strength of the Ghost chilli.
