I remember the first time I tasted it, on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel.  After an evening worthy of the name during the Fête des Vendanges, during a spaghetti bolognaise meal in the moonlight, in all innocence, I shook the sauce on my dish telling myself that I had seen worse, that it was too good, tip top! Indeed, it deserved its praise, the Exhorresco hot sauce from “Burns & McCoy” knocked me out! Tears, endless heat, sweating…
