Three years of work on this natural and gluten free hot sauce have been necessary to get the bronze medal at the World Chile Award, in the Habanero sauces category.
It reasonably warm while maintaining a great fruity taste, which gives it a taste to fall from earth. Basically, it deserves quite his title and his place on every table !
