The name means “Spark” in Polish.  Although being one of the hotter BBQ sauces on the market, due to the addition of Carolina reaper peppers, Iskra has a delightfully full smoky and sweet flavor with a hint of whisky.  It is the favorite for those just getting into the hot sauce world.  The recipe was invented by our own resident American who knows a thing or two about how BBQ sauce should taste.  It literally goes well with everything.  A warning for Vegans: This is our only Non-Vegan sauce since we use fresh honey, we apologize.  Sort of.
