This spicy gourmet Hellfire sauce is a sweet and refined sauce.
Gourmet Red contains a blend of sweet peppers (Jalapeno pepper, Cayenne pepper and Aneheim pepper), sun-dried tomato, tomatilla and above all, a tasty mix of spices.
This recipe, developed in 2009, was officially launched in 2017 under the name “Red Gourmet”.
It is also good to use as a condiment on pizza that adding it in a tomato sauce or a Bolognese to bring them a touch of spice.
