Description
This barbecue sauce comes directly from the cradle of Guinness, Ireland.
Although Mic’s Chilli is specialized in hot sauces, he has also learned to master the American BBQ world. Its sauce is slightly raised with the addition of a small dose of Habanero chili and a little bit of Chipotle (dried and smoked Jalapeno) which also gives it a characteristic smoky taste.
This recipe, although specifically designed for marinades of red meats, fits wonderfully with chicken breast.
